Phase I (1–6 Months)

Pilot & Kick Start

Focus: Select Mandals, core infrastructure setup

  • Mandal selection based on need and feasibility
  • Deploy core corridor infrastructure (AgriTech, Healthcare, EdTech)
  • Initiate technology adoption pilots

Outcome: Proof of concept, initial employment generation, early community engagement

Phase II (7–12 Months)

Expand & Integrate

Focus: Expand corridors, integrate additional sectors

  • Full deployment of all 9 corridors
  • Skill development & entrepreneurship programs
  • Strengthen logistics and connectivity

Outcome: Mandal-wide employment, enhanced productivity, increased technology adoption

Phase III (Roll Out)

Consolidate & Sustain

Focus: Consolidate, monitor, and sustain

  • Integrate Mandals into a connected network
  • Implement renewable energy and circular economy solutions
  • Deploy monitoring & evaluation dashboards
